Open House Days

Each Saturday in May we'll have open house days that are FREE to everyone!

Bring a friend, try us out, meet the pros and other members, and get a feel for the place.

12:00 - 1:00pm	Open play (drop in round robin)

Team Tennis Orientation

This is a chance for team tennis players to get together before the start of the season. We'll review the team tennis rules and play some fun doubles matches. Players new to team tennis (or those who aren't sure in what position they should play) can also be assessed to determine their team ranking.

Junior French Open Friendly

$5 entry fee provides at least 2 matches, pizza lunch, a prize for everyone, and lots of fun! The cost for non-participants who would like to take part in the lunch will also be $5 payable in advance. Participants will be matched up based on skill level and will be assisted by coaches in scoring and game play.

Play starts at 9am on Saturday June 1st. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first match! The $5 entry fee is payable in advance through PayPal or at the clubhouse.

Adult 35+ Tournament

This tournament is open to adults aged 35 or over (i.e. "senior" players as defined by the OTA). This tournament has become very popular since it was introduced in 2009, and is ideal for players of all abilities.

Wimbledon Tournament

This annual event is a very popular mixed doubles format played with wooden racquets – bring your own or borrow one from the club. Wear your traditional whites and enjoy a morning at Wimbledon! Strawberries and cream will be served, ball kids will be on-hand, and prizes will be awarded for oldest racquet, best-dressed, and the A and B-side winners.

Camper Carnival

An event for all summer campers that takes place at the end of August. Enjoy a final day of games and drills with fellow camp participants.

Year-End Tournament

The year-end tournament is popular with adult members of all ages and abilities. The tournament consists of the following events:

Team Tennis Finals

This year the team tennis finals day will consist of the championship match between the top Monday and Wednesday teams, as well as social matches for other team tennis players.

Winter Tennis Events

Our annual winter tennis events at the Royal City Tennis Club in Guelph. These events are open to adult club members of all abilities, and consist of social doubles play.
